Texas Credit Services Organization – 3-Day Right to Cancel Notice
You have the right to cancel your contract with Elevate Financial Solutions without penalty or obligation by midnight on the third business day after signing the contract.
To cancel, you must notify Elevate Credit Solutions in writing by email or certified mail.
